    3. Hi. The Yorkshire Penny Bank still exists although it dropped the "Penny" bit a long while ago and gained Australian ownership. It is, as far as I know, still thriving in these hard times in the financial industry. You can find its webpage at http://www.ybonline.co.uk/ I live in West Yorkshire, and there are many branches around here. They are now a division of the Clydesdale Bank in Scotland, which in turn is owned by the National Australia Bank (the latter something I've only just found out).
