    3. Evening Everyone I am trying to find out where my great great grandparents Robert and SarahTaylor are buried, i am having no luck, i hope someone out there is able to help. Sarah Taylor died Wednesday 24th July 1907 at Wakefield Lunatic Asylum. Her body was removed from the hospital on the Saturday 27th July, and Buried Monday 29th July. But where? she was age 70. Robert died 27th July 1908 exactly 1 year after Sarah at the same age of 70, at the time of his death he was living at home in Sowerby Bridge. The family were living in Sowerby bridge for many generations. however on the 1901 census Robert and Sarah had moved to Thornhill Lees for Roberts work as an Engine Examiner on the railways. 1904 Sarah was in the Halifax Union Workhouse Hospital, and from there sent to Wakefield Lunatic Asylum due to Dementia. On the Asylum records her husband in one instance was living in Thornhill Lees, then not long after he was back in Sowerby Bridge where he had always lived, and one of his sons was. I had the Sowerby bridge or was it the Halifax family history society check for their burial, no match. I phoned the cemetery where his son and grandchildren were later buried. They checked 4 times and are not there. I then had Wakefield family history society check their records, and no match for a burrial. Is anyone able to check the Thornhill Lees burials, or give me some suggestions. Sarah cannot be with her parents as she was born Clayton Lancashire, then her parents seem to have moved to shropshire and died in a workhouse. Roberts ancestors will probably be in Droylsden, Lancashire where he was born. I doubt they are buried in the church grounds at the lunatic asylum, well he wont be, because he was not in there. but she had family also, if she is buried there, is there a way of finding out who is buried? I look forward to your help, Kind regards Louise
