REMEMBERING my great, grandad Harry PONSONBY's younger brother Arthur was born 1896 in Tanshelf, Pontefract to Harry Ponsonby & Harriet (nee Baggan) & was killed 24 Aug 1918 in France. Arthur was a Gunner in the 120th Bty 27th Bde of the Royal Field Artillery. He is Remembered with Honour at Lebucquiere Communal Cemetery, Pas de Calais, France anyone else researching PONSONBY or BAGGAN anyone else have a Gunner or some family in the Royal Field Artillery wearing my poppy with pride for our fallen Maureen
