Greetings I have been looking for the father of my ancestor, John Woodhead born in 1738, Cumberworth, who married Susannah Bothomly/Bottomley. They are the parents of my 4x grandfather George Woodhead, born 1786 who married Martha Field. The family may have been baptised, married outside Cumberworth. I have the St Nicholas,  Denby Dale and the Almondbury Parish records but I am missing something, a year, a place, I don't know. I have heard John's father may have been named Abrahamus, but cannot verify it for sure. Can anybody please help me as I have been looking to tie this family together since 2003. Thank You, Ruth
