Mary, I am not sure exactly where your Robert West was from but there is a Robert West who was in Buckingham Co. Va. and had several children. I have the info if this is what you might be looking for. He was the son of William West and Letitia Martin. Off the top of my head I can't remember the dates but seems like William was born about 1735. Marlene
