    3. I was born 10 Sep 1939 in Tacoma, Pearce Co., WA. My mom, Eva Ruth (Manning) Kendrick was born 21 Dec 1917 in Yakima Co., WA. Her parents were Arthur Augustus & Pirley 'Pearl' Andrew (West) Manning. A.A. was born in OR and Pirley was born in MS.
