Hi back Susan, what I have that links your Dr. Thomas West to Francis & Margery is book on the DeleWarre lines and it states that a tombstone was found in Tiverton RI that had the inscription of the lineage of the deceased and it stated ( based on the book) that Samuel West d. 1807 (who died in another state but was buried in RI), was son of Sackfield West, son of Thomas West, Physician, son of ____West, brother to the 3rd Lord Delewarre. This would indicate that ___West would be Francis West of Duxbury. This is the only "documentation" that anyone has ever found that links Francis of Duxbury to the DeleWarre lineage. Hope this helps.
