Mary, Is your's the Jonathan that was in Delaware Co., IN.? (son of Aquila) I am still looking for a connection to the West's in Delaware Co. in the early 1800s. Also does anyone have information on the Calvin West that was in Delaware Co., IN. for the 1840 census?

Hi , No that's another Jonathan. But there's a lot on the net about your Jonathan. Acquilla was his Father. He was born in NC. His first wife died and he remarried just a couple of years before his death in early 1860. Try Gen Forum. I researched him as I thought he was mine but he isn't. Hope this helps. Mary
