Hi Jo, I found a Nicholas West born in 1501 in Long Crendon, Bucks, England and married to an Isabel - in about 1524. I have their two children listed as William and Thomas. Thomas was born in about 1530 - and that is all the info I was able to gather. Their other son William was kin - way back. I have that he had 6 children - William, Nicholas, Hugh, rowland, Agnes and Margery. I don't have a birth date for Nicholas. My line continues through William's son - William. Hope this helps.
