    3. I agree with you on that, Horrall, because I can't get back to MD from MS. My Great Grandfather, James M. West was b. Aug 1818 either in KY or TN. He married Dec 1866 Amanda Jane Ragsdale, b. Oct 1850 in GA, she was just past the age of 16 and he was 48 but he outlived her. Amanda died Feb 1900 shortly before the 1900 Census for Marshall Co., MS, James died just before the 1920 Census for the same place, found him on the 1910 but not on the 1920 Census. They had only two sons, James West, b. 1885 and Levi Lewis West, b. 1888 [he was listed as being in the WWI], d. 1929 in Holly Springs, MS. James West [1885] was a butcher in Memphis, TN according to the 1930 census, his wife was born in Ireland and her name was Estelle Juanita ???, their daughter was Trunella West [I don't know if I spelled her name right.]. If anyone recognizes any of this information could you please fill me in of what you have on James and Estelle West and family.
