    3. GENEALOGY.COM DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! I recently bought a copy of FTM V11 from SAMs. I loaded it on my computer and it transferred my old V8 data without a hitch. Included in the package were 4 FamilyFinder Index Cds. One of these Cds would not load on my computer. I called Broderbund, they referred me to Genealogy.com who referred me to ---. Bottom line, after much haranguing, they said they would send me a replacement disk BUT I had to pay the postage. I objected, asked to talk to supervisors and was told they would contact me by email. Five days later - no such email. It's not a big item but why should I have to pay anything to replace a defective product? Frank
