Hello List, I am trying to connect the below John Otho West to Joseph West of Chester Co.,PA. Can any of you shed any light on him? There seems to be a family connection to the name Passmore West as well. They ended up in Belmont CO.,OH. >40. SARAH3 LEMLEY. She married JOHN OTHO WEST May 14, 1826. He was born 1792 in PA. They married in       Children of SARAH LEMLEY and JOHN WEST are: i.   SAMUEL4 WEST, b. January 26, 1827; d. August 04, 1906. ii.   WILLIAM WEST, b. 1829. iii.   OTHO WEST, b. 1831.
