I have a Vincent West, born 1804 in Clermont Cty, Ohio, brother to my great great grandmother Catherine West, born 1813. Parents were Robert West and Henrietta Fairfax, both from Virginia and died in Clinton Cty, Ohio. My Vincent might be a relative to your Vincent.
