I suggest that all correspondence asking/thanking/acknowledging or otherwise dealing with The List and mechanics thereof be subject THE LIST. Other messages could be subject EUGENE WEST, HARRY ELVA WEST, e.g., the name of the primary subject of the question, comment, search, etc. Forty or fifty West messages every day is getting hard to manage!
