Hi, Sandra AGAIN! Were any of your PROWELLS in MO? I have one Malinda Fletcher PROWELL Matthews, related to an 1812 vet, Robin Fletcher, and Prowell Rev. I do think these are inherited traits. I hope that my post about A- blood being taken out of the gene pool reached everyone. I also have no earlobes. Anthropological traits are so intriguing. There is something, and I can't remember what, about the space between our big toe and the toe next to it. Also, I read once that native Americans have scooped out teeth (the back of the ones in front) A German woman I know said that it was impossible because she was pure German. But it wouldn't be. Way back when if any of her relatives were from the steppes in northern Asia and ended up migrating over the Bering Straight and down to create our Native American population. I have Crow Indian friends that look so Asian it's pathetic. In the end, who are we really? What prevails? So many questions, so few answers. VBG The search goes on. Hi Anne - my husband's name is Prowell and he was adopted so the only line I have done is his biological family. His adoptive parent that was a Prowell was his adoptive father, Albert Abraham Prowell. Al's father's name was Ulysses Simpson Grant Prowell and his mother's name Sadie? All was born in rich Hill Missouri and grew up in Pleasanton, KS - right across the border. My husband tells me they had scads of Prowell relatives in Missouri. Al's siblings were: Carrie, Nelson, and Gene. Wish I knew more but I don't. Where does Maloof from? It's beautiful. Sandra
