Joseph Sperry WEST b. 1841 d. 1911 & Elizabeth Jane WATTS b. 1841 Guernsey Co. OH d. 1922 Muskingum Co. OH were m. 1865...children: Amanda Awilda b. 1866, Charles Edward b. 1869, Nina Alice ( my grandmother ) b. 1872, Leander Leedom b. 1875, and Lola Montes b. 1883. Nina Alice WEST was said to have an unusual "Gift" or "Power"...if she knew of someone ( no matter how far away they were ) having a problem with uncontrolled bleeding...she could "Will" it or "Command" it to stop...& it would.
