My line is as follows: William Taylor West b 6 Feb 1840 Hayesville, Chester, PA d 18 Jan 1895 Upland, Delaware, PA m 25 Dec 1860 in Philly, PA Lucy Worthington Chalfant. I think: his f was William, his f was John and his f was Benjamin who d 1796. My GGgf, WT West, was in Co. I, 3rd PA Cavalry, captured at Parker's Store VA on 29 Nov 1863, was a guest at Andersonville for 14 months, and discharged in 1985. There was a 'Sparks' relationship in the family, but I don't know what branch. It may have been West, Sawyer, Chalfant, or Worthington. I sure hope something looks familiar to you.
