Dear Eileen, I feel the same way, but when it is basic, computer training, I feel they should get basic training and not expect us to do their work for them. I was once a "rookie" myself, but didn't impose my lack of understanding the basics upon the "list". I went to my "computer" people, who sold me the unit and had the responsibility to "explain" things to me. Not the "online" people who have limited time to answer their mail and get on with thier life, who are looking for answers to their "genealogical answers". Noone has time to devote to training "rookies" unless that is their only goal in life. Spirit
