People who are born with a veil over their face, ( a second membrane covering their face when born), Are supposed to be able to see and know things before it happens or see someone who is deceased and others can't. I had a Uncle that was "born with a veil over his face". He could see and talk with my Grandmother and others and we could not see them. One incident in particular when he was talking to her you could see the rocking chair rocking but could not see her in it. Before caller ID on phone came out they could tell you who was calling before you picked up the phone. Just some of the "oddities". Marlene
