Richard Culbertson posted a WEST line which moved early into Mississippi/Louisiana area including William WEST b. abt 1780. I am researching possibly the same William WEST who appears in East Feliciana Parish, La 1830 census with 1M20-30, 1M40-50; 1F5-10, 2F10-15, and 2F15-20. Living nearby was Levi DOUGHTY. In Levi DOUGHTY household was grandson, Richard DOUGHTY, b. 1815 who will marry 1833 Charlotte WEST whom I believe is one of daughters of this referenced William WEST. Family tradition is that Charlotte WEST was one of five daughters (fits) and that one of her sisters, Elisabeth WEST married Charlie RICHARDSON. Need names of females in this William WEST family.
