Hi Clay L. Brown: Several years ago a painting done by the renowned Benjamin WEST was on display at the MD Historical Society in Baltimore, MD. There was sent to me a very good, concise genealogy chart of Benjamin WEST, the artist. While I can not recall particulars, I do entertain the notion the immediate family of Benjamin was given. Perhaps a query to the MD Historical Society might provide answer to your question? I realize the above is not a good answer to your question, but it is one area to explore.
