Several cousins of us on here have been searching for John West b.1788 in Bladen Co.,NC..He married Elizabeth Frazier in 1815 in NC.. We have not been able to trace his parents.His son Owen West b.1819 in NC.,is our ancester lineage. Here is a catcher.I just came in to a paper written by Owen's granddaughter who was born 1896 that states---Grandad's parents Zackey and Patsy. Is Elizabeth ever referred to as Pasty?
