I searching for info.on James D.West SR. b.in AL.5-26-1840. He served from 1861-1865 56th AL.Regt.Co.D.Commander Col.Boyles / Capt McGill.He was living in Wayne Co.MS. at time of enlistment,and was in Atlanta GA.when war ended. His father was James C.West b.3-22-1809 SC. Both men are buried in Wayne Co.MS.Looking for any info.on this family. Thanks Betty
