I'm looking for the parents of Jacob West, b. 3 Aug 1823 in Baltimore Co., MD. Moved (with family?) to Franklin Co., PA in abt 1833. Served in both War with Mexico and the Civil War (1st Lt). Married Mary Ann Bryan and raised lots of kids. Died 8 Feb, 1899. Any info about this line of Wests would be appreciated. Also, any other Wests from Baltimore.
