We've got lots of folks struggling to become computer literate, and each e-mail program works a little differently, so it's not always easy for those of us who have figured it out on our own programs to help them. I use Eudora, and it was easy to set it, but I've played with Outlook and I don't have a clue how to turn it off there. I'll read the MIME messages. It's probably my cousins doing it!
