Today's mail brought a flyer for a book by Karen West Scott entitled: GENEALOGY AND FAMILY HISTORY OF THE WILLIAM NELSON WEST (1775-1846) FAMILY The description says: ". . . research includes Virginia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma, following the migration of William Nelson and Alsey Rogers West and their descendants." Do any of you have connections to this family? If so, I would like to know where in South Carolina the West and Davis branches are located and when? I would also like to know where and when the West and Davis branches were in Mississippi. Karen, If you are on the list, I would very much appreciate more information. The book looks good, but I need more information to know if I might have connections to this group of Wests. Carol West
