Hi Truman, I have a Cornelius West, b. 1858 in MS, son of Richard West, b. 1818 in SC. Cornelius is one of nine children to Richard and Harriet unknown. I have no parent or sibling information on Richard. My wife descends from Levi, a brother of this Cornelius. Cornelius is an unusual name. Could this be a descendant of your Cornelius?
