Here is my WEST family again: William A. WEST b. 1793 Pa married to Sophia GILMORE (?). They lived in Harrison Co., OH at least from 1815 to abt 1858. During that time they had 14 children (according to oldest childs obit). In 1858 they moved to McLean Co, IL. They both died in LeRoy, McLean, IL 1862 and are buried in the GILMORE cemetery at LeRoy, IL. Many of this WEST family is buried in this cemetery. Their known children: 1. Samuel STERLING 1860 McLean Co, IL. 6. Alexander WEST b. 1834 d. abt 1869 MO or KS m. Elizabeth WILEY 1856 McLean Co, IL (My DIRECT) 7. John Milton WEST b. 1838 d. 1915 Blairsburg, Hamilton, IA buried Webster City, IA m. (1) Rebecca Elisabeth VANSCHOYCK 1868 McLean co, IL. (2) Sarah Elizabeth GASSAWAY 1876.
