I am new to the list. My gggg grandfather Henry West came from North Ireland to America just before the American Revolution. His wife's name was Jane and he had two sons James and Henry. I believe he also traveled with an Isaac West (unknown connection). Henry and family settled somewhere in PA. Jane died five years later. Do not know Henry SR. death. James and Henry Jr. later joined the first settlers of Ohio in 1796-1798. They settled in Jefferson County Ohio. I have the family history and birth/death/marriage dates from that time forward. I have been unable to locate the ship they traveled on or the relationship of Isaac. Would love to go backwards to Ireland. Will be happy to share information I have with anyone researching Jefferson/Belmont county West's.
