Do you have any information on the John Otho West family in York Twp, Belmont Co.? John married Sarah Lemley and had four children. I am tryiong to prove or locate his parents names from the Greene Co. PA Jefferson Twp area in 180-1826 time frame. Don't know where before that. John may have had a brother named Passmore West.
