Leitha, As you know, I have also received information from other researchers on this line showing a Willis WEST as the father of Samuel WEST from VA born ca. 1773. I have also been unable to find a fellow researcher that has any source information for Willis. It is obvious that the information originated somewhere! Perhaps other researchers who also may have been given this information, will collaborate by checking with the researcher they originally obtained the information from (even if it is not a proven source) and we can all back-track to someone who may actually have proven information for Willis WEST. It certainly would benefit us all.
