Hi All! Each year I do a snailmail update for my former newsletter subscribers. This year the update will be mailed out 1 June 1999. If you would like to have your WEST (only) query, ancestor profile, research, research problem, family recipes, family lore, etc. included in this year's edition, please read the following requirements: 1. Your name and snailmail address must be included on materials e-mailed to me for including in the newsletter. Should you wish to use snailmail only, please contact me for my snailmail address. 2. I will also include your e-mail address in the newsletter unless told not to do so. 3. All materials for publication in the 1 June 1999 update must be in my hands no later than 1 May 1999. Materials arriving 2 May 1999 will be deleted/destroyed, not returned to sender. 4. Since the postage increase I do not know what it will cost to mail each snailmail update this year. When that is determined, I will send an e-mail to the WEST-L with the cost of postage. A complimentary copy will be furnished if you provide me with a SASE having exact amount of postage required for me to mail update to you. Please note that this will be the medium I use to contact you. I will not snailmail you. 5. Should the size of the newsletter become too large due to number of requests for inclusion in update, I will stop including requests, by returning your e-mail copy with a note of explanation. 6. Those of my former subscribers who are members of WEST-L need do nothing unless you wish to include a new piece of material as outlined above, or if you have a new address. Thank you.
