    3. Nancy, >From previous correspondence regarding your grandmother's middle name, I believe that your grandmother Stella Sarilda West was also in the northwestern Oklahoma area. From your post, I am not sure exactly how Seely and Watanooga fit into your Grandmother's travels. But there is a Waynoka in Woods Co., Okla., just north of Dewey Co., and a Seiling in the northeast corner of Dewey Co. There is also a Baker Oklahoma, but no Bakersfield that I could find.
