    3. I am also trying to find a George W. West. He was born 1790 and lived in Long Branch, Monmouth County, NJ. He married Abigail Brinley. I can not find his ancestors, but there were lots of West's in this county originating from RI. If anyone has any information about this George W. West it would be greatly appreciated. 2. Eva and others: Seeing your mention of a WEST in Maine made me want to query again about my WILLIAM W. WEST, born 1802 Bucksport, Maine, and died 1856 in California. Does anyone have information about him? Any connection to your WEST families? He married Betsy LAWRENCE, daughter of John Gordon LAWRENCE. Betsy was born 1800 in Orland, Maine. I don't know when she died or where. Thanks! Kathryn

I would recommend that researchers also review her notes for the book, as some information did not appear in the final document. Just wanted to encourage our kin to dig deeper......
