Would someone please be kind enough to look on the 1891 census for a family of HARTNELL with Frank aged 5 or 6yrs, born Stoke Gifford, nr. Bristol He is on the 1901 census aged 16. there is also another Frank Hartnell, aged 13 born Bristol, but I think the 16yr old is the one I am looking for. ny information will be much appreciated Thankyou Ann
