Hi Maurice, Do you know Albins mothers name? Have you found him in 1871? I have found an Albert Thomas in 1871 who is a Thomas in 1881 living with his brother Henry. In 1871 their mother was also there, her name was Emily. Does this ring any bells with you. In 1871 place of birth is Witcheat, in 1881 Ditcheat. Let me know if you want further info. Thank you, Jean. You are quite right. The Thomas BOND living with his brother Henry in 1881 was originally Albin Thomas BOND. Their mother was Emily Ann (nee HIGGINS). I should have had a closer look!
