Dear Listers, Seeking marriage of John BLACKMORE to Elizabeth ABBOT c1834ish give or take a year or so, John was born 1799 in Devon, Elizabeth was born 1813 in Whitchurch Canonicorum, Dorset. Had 5 children: Thomas born c1834 (birthplace unknown), John born c1837 at Bradford, Wiltshire, Elizabeth born c1839 (birthplace unknown), two further children born in Surrey. I've found most of the females in my family marry in the town/village/parish they were born in, so maybe Elizabeth and John married in Dorset?. wishful thinking probably.
