    3. Tim, Even better mate, have carried out a quick check on FreeBMD and found that Robert Edwin Williams married Emily Weetch in 1887. You can order a copy of the certificate online through the Office of National Statistics - GRO. the certificate reference details are: Marriages 1887 September Quarter. Williton District, Book volume 5c page 425.
