Hi I,m new to the list and have just discovered that my ancestor Hi!, I,m new to the list and have just discovered that my ancestor Nicholas Windsor was born in 1706 Rollestone, Wilts. parents were Richard Windsor and Mary Sop , married in 1704 in Maddington,Wilts. Nicholas married Anne Newman in 1735 Berwick, Wilts. I,m trying to find out where Richard was born, I have found on the IGI a Richard Winsor born 1679 Staverton, Devon which would be arround the right date, but there are other Richards born in other places arround that time, the IGI lists the father of Richard as being George. all these names repeat in the family. Could anyone have any more info, and if I,m on the right branch. Also if anyone has these names in their tree, would like to hear from them. Many thanks, and seasons greetings to all.
