I am a new member to your list. The family I am researching is the HOARE family in High Ham / Huish Episcopi / and Langport. I have received a death certificate belonging to an Elizabeth Hoare who died in December 1858 at Huish Episcopi, the cause of death from the Coroners Inquest held on the 15th December 1858 gives the cause of death as ''Suddenly by a visitation of God' Elizabeth was 38 years old and the wife of Henry HOARE. Could anybody give an explanation as to how this cause of death was reached, or maybe they did not know. Maybe it could be a local expression at that time. Many thanks Maureen
