Researchers living in the Oxfordshire area may wish to note that the society's facilities at the Holford Centre are next open for business this coming Sunday morning, 1 April 2001, from 9.15am to 12.15pm. For full details of the material held at the Holford Centre, directions as to how to get there etc please see :- www.ofhs.org.uk All are welcome, particularly researchers living in adjacent counties. You don't have to be an Oxfordshire FHS member either ! The material at the centre is primarily relating to Oxfordshire, but we have the IGI on microfiche, 1881 census and British Vital Records index CDs etc - so there is some non-Oxfordshire material available.
