Hi all, I've just spent a good deal of time looking over the baptisms and burials lists from Wootton Bassett for HEALE's and TAYLOR's and have come to the conclusion that all the HEALE's/HALE's were related one to another and ditto the TAYLOR's. HEALE's/HALE'S even married TAYLOR's and vice versa. And I have found a big puzzle. Walter TAYLOR, baptized October 10,1747 and son of William TAYLOR and Edeth OGBORNE, married Meriam RIX (RICKS) September 23, 1771. Joanna HEALE married Walter TAYLOR November 6, 1794. The only Joanna HEALE I can find is a daughter of George HEALE and Mary JEFFRIES and she was baptized on April 4, 1770. Now, under burials I find found a Miriam TAYLOR, age 65, buried October 6, 1811 which would make her born about 1846 and that would make her a likely candidate to be Walter TAYLOR's wife. There is no other Meriam/Miriam listed up to 1837. I can't find another Walter TAYLOR born in a time period that would be closer to Joanna's age. In fact the baptisms only have the one Walter baptised between 1747 and 1802. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Would deeply appreciate any help.
