STAPLETON, 23 February 1801 To be let by private contract, either together or separately, two compact and desirable farms situate at Stapleton within the parish of Martock, each comprising about 150 acres of rich arable, meadow and pasture ground, with proper farmhouses and outbuildings, and one moiety of the tithes of corn and grain arising on the premises, and on some other lands in the tithing of Stapleton.
