Can anyone advise where the following two wills will be held. James TIBBS, Caundle Bishop, 5 1782 (also has Ref.12 DS). Thomas TIBBS, Gussage All Saints, 31 1780. The ref. for them comes from the British Record Soc. list of Dorset wills, 1568 - 1799. Dorset R.O. informed me (admittedly in 1999) that they thought they were held by Wiltshire R.O. but the latter do not appear to have them listed. Happy to make the trip from rain soaked Surrey provided I know which direction to take. Vince Alexander.
