You get see the Census records on microfilm through the Mormon Family History Libraries. I would also point out, that particularly when asking for help, it is useful to give your town of residence. Knowing the place of residence of the requestor greatly influences the quality and relevance of advice that can be given. I can see from Annette's email address does not provide sufficient information to identify her location. Her reference to the Record Office suggests that she is in Britain, but does not indicate in which end of the country she is situated.
