Hi everyone Strange one this but I'd be delighted if anyone can help. Is anybody researching, or knows of, a family probably from the Chard area, who owned a brewery in the mid to late 1800s? I have no idea what this family is called, but if you are and are missing a female called Sarah born in 1858/59, I've got her. I've no idea of her maiden name as I haven't tracked down her marriage cert yet. She married James Billing, a lacemaker, and moved to Nottingham. Sadly, she was disinherited for her choice of husband. What a mean lot, and to think I could have been a beer heiress by now! If anybody can help, I'd love to hear from you. Cheers Jo
