Looking for BULL Gypsies and/or chimney sweeps anywhere. In particular any strays in the '61 or '71 censuses. Need to know family relationships and where born. Stephen BULL with wife/partner (sounds quite modern!) Eve MASON were in Wiltshire in May 1861. Son Stephen born Allington 7 May 1861, registered Amesbury 18 May and Christened Newton Toney 19 May 1861 when Stephen gave their address as Gypsy Camp on Tarrow Hill, Newton Toney. I have the 1881 census, BVRI and London Marriages CD's. The Stephens I am after are not in the 1881. Didn't trust the enumerator, I suoppose.
