    3. I am trying to find any information on a George Edgar Deacon and his wife Jane who lived at Castle Street, Aldboune, Wilts in 1926. (They may have lived there long before that but the electoral roll gives them there in 1926 - I haven't checked earlier ). I believe they had a son Theodore, but also believe they adopted two more boys with surname of LITTLE who were born in the Hungerford Work House. in 1903 and 1905. I am trying to find the history of my son-in-laws grandparents. Please can anyone help? Mary

    3. Hello Mary I too am researching in Aldbourne - WALKER. Excellent web site to try is www.aldbourne.org.uk where they have a Genealogy page to leave messages. I know that there is a Mrs Olive Deacon still living in the village at Crooked Corner I believe.
