Seeking any data on life and children of the Countess of Westmorland and Viscountess Melville daughters of the following Saunders. Particularly children included Philip, and Ann b. 1798 in Devon: Admiral Sir Charles Saunders 1713?-7 Dec 1775 - Entered navy 1727: with Anson 1739 (voyage around the world); MP Plymouth 1750, Heydon 1754-75; at Newfoundland station 1752; in the St Lawrence 1759; admiral 1770 (1). - interred in Westminster Abbey "close to the monument.... victory of Quebec" ... and his father Lieutenant-General Edward Wolfe, and mother - died without issue... legacies to Lord Keppel, Sir Hugh Palliser.... (and) his niece Miss Kinsey ... who after married Dr Huck... both assumed name of Saunders. (Their issue was ) 2 daughters, Countess of Westmorland and Viscountess Melville (2) - Grant of land, Lot 29 in PEI, from George III, after 1775 was new proprietor was Charles Saunders, a (great) nephew .
