I recently found on a cemetery record that a brother (William) to my James Beacham b. ca. 1804 was born in Somersetshire ENG March 1805. Both of these men lived in Northumberland Co, PA, USA by the mid to late 1840's. I am assuming that "my" James was also born in Somersetshire, ENG. According to US census records all of James's children were born in Pennsylvania as early as 1841. I can't find any reference to them in the 1840 census, so I am assuming they may have immigrated around that time. I know these are such common names in the Beacham line, but can anybody help? James was married to Annie Jones of Wales and William was married to a Maria also born in Wales. Both these men were miners. I know it isn't much but any help would be so very much appreciated. Donna
